Q) I am trying to play video, but I only hear sound! No picture! A) Gecko does not seem to operate with Bluecurve, when starting up xine or mplayer, the focus still remains on Gecko, therefore the video-application is not visible. A general rule is to NOT use those heavy desktops, they use way to much system resources, instead use light windowmanagers such as openbox or icewm (or just run Gecko without windowmanager, which is the best alternative).
